Assembly by class II A1 on the importance of reading books

The morning began on a pleasant note with the assembly of the primary section led by class II A1.
The little children emphasized on the importance of reading books and how books can become our best friends. They entertained us with their song and dance performance laying stress on the benefits of reading books. This assembly was also the right forum to present the certificates to the award winners of English recitation competition.
As our children won prizes in the interschool competition for skit and dance held at KIIT school recently, they were also given their trophies along with the certificates.
The Principal and the Headmistress did the honours and praised the efforts of the students of class II A1.

The Assembly Ended With The National Anthem

' Health is Wealth’, is a famous saying that refers to the importance of health to us. In order to inculcate the habit of healthy lifestyle , students of Class 1 A2 presented the Morning Assembly on the topic ‘Healthy Lifestyle’ on 11th December 2020. They began with the prayer followed by the thought for the day. Children came forward to talk about the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle .They shared the recipe for good health. They urged their friends to eat a balanced diet, do mild exercises daily, maintain good hygiene and take enough sleep. This was followed by energetic yoga poses which was enjoyed by all the students. One of the child sang a song to motivate everyone to fight from the Corona Pandemic. The assembly was indeed a learning and enjoyable experience for the students. 'Camp energy 2019’

The success of the 'Camp energy 2019' full of varied activities carefully concocted for students was clearly visible with the grand culmination ceremony held on May 31st, 2019.  The happy faces, the magnificent pieces of art shown as an exhibition of the work of the students, wonderful dance performances, presentations, Taekwondo and much more made the Summer Camp culmination a day to behold. The day was full of innocent students showing their skills with pride and ambitious. This day they were seen saying, "I learnt a new skill" with much gusto. The ceremony commenced with amazing musical performance followed by mash up dance performances. Other than exhilarating performances, a magical exhibition of extraordinary art and craft was done.
