' Health is Wealth’, is a famous saying that refers to the importance of health to us. In order to inculcate the habit of healthy lifestyle , students of Class 1 A2 presented the Morning Assembly on the topic ‘Healthy Lifestyle’ on 11th December 2020. They began with the prayer followed by the thought for the day. Children came forward to talk about the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle .They shared the recipe for good health. They urged their friends to eat a balanced diet, do mild exercises daily, maintain good hygiene and take enough sleep. This was followed by energetic yoga poses which was enjoyed by all the students.
